Discovery
Begin by telling us about your project by filling out our discovery form and booking your complimentary 30 min discovery call. During the call we will discuss your design needs, review our services and current timetable, and set up an on-site consultation.
(On-Site Consultation Fees apply. Additional fees may apply if outside of the Metro Atlanta area)
Initial Consultation
During your on-site consultation we will:
Conduct a review of your spaces
Determine your goals for the project
Gather site measurements and photos
Formal Introduction to Nota Bene Design Studio
Overview of our Design Process
Learn more about your lifestyle and how it relates to your home
Establish a design contract tailored to your project. A formal design proposal will be prepared and delivered after the on-site consultation

Design Development
During the Design Development phase the Nota Bene Studio Team will integrate the insights from our consultation into a full detailed design for your project. The timeline for this particular part of the design development phase takes several weeks which may include: selecting furnishing, fixtures, textiles, finishes, lighting, developing a color story, creating scaled floor plans and renderings.
We will then schedule a formal presentation to guide you through the proposed designs, discuss your budget analysis and next steps.
IMPLEMENTATION
ORDER | DELIVERY
With the final design approved, we start putting our plan into action to bring the design development phase into reality. We will then place the orders of your selections, and track their progress as they are being made and shipped. Your selections will be received by our warehouse, where it will be inspected for quality and any damages incurred in transit. Once cleared your selections will be scheduled for delivery to your home and installed.
If your project entails renovation of a space(s) this is the phase were construction will begin
(Delivery times will vary based on product availability)
INSTALLATION
This phase is the complete installation of all the furnishings, art work, styling of the accessories, and implementing the finishing touches of the project for a grand finale…. the big BIG REVEAL of your space !
